Hi, I’m Debbie Myrick and I’ve been a lifelong resident of San Diego, Ca. I enjoy making art that's both fun and beautiful. At this stage in my life, I would love to share it with you.

My interest in creativity came from my grandfather, grandpa Keller. He was a skilled finish carpenter who maintained a woodworking shop in his garage. He made the best homemade toys for me. In my grandparents’ front yard there was a large pepper tree I would play under. When I was young, I fondly remember my time playing beneath that pepper tree, running back and forth from the tree to the wood shop to see my grandpa’s latest project. Naming my work “Pepper Tree Artistry”, has a special meaning to me… “for you grandpa”!

Over the last few years, I have picked up my creativity bug again. My artwork is displayed throughout my home for friends and family to view. I create pieces by re-purposing materials and using different mediums, which result in abstract compositions.  I use driftwood and rocks that my husband and I collect in Oregon, along with glass and ceramics sourced from secondhand shops.

I enjoy discovering natural treasures and upcycling them into beautiful pieces of art. I hope you appreciate the care in each piece and choose one to enjoy or share. I'm only selling at events right now, check the home page for upcoming sales events scheduled!
